Christmas Eve in NYC

As is our NJ custom, we spent Christmas Eve in the city. It was a perfect day - not too cold. Our first stop was the new NHL store on Ave. of the Americas! We expected more but it was just a retail store. In contrast, the NBA store on 5th has memorabilia everywhere, interactive displays, screens - just more fun. Nothing to do in the NHL store but purchase over-priced hoodies and jersies. After a late lunch, we walked around Rockefeller Center, saw the tree along with a trillion others - all taking pictures! Then walked along 5th Ave with the shoppers, enjoyed the decorations and excitement in the air.

Here are a few pics:

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas day yesterday. Ours was quiet and just right.
